Onboarding – what you can expect as a new team member

    You will receive a detailed tour of all the company locations from one of our plant managers.

    We explain our operational and personnel structures using an organisational chart.

  • Employee App
    You will receive your login details for the employee app, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions, location maps, information about your contacts, tutorials, and other information to keep you up-to-date and well-prepared for a successful workday.

THE GENERATION PROJECT

From the end of 2022 to early 2024, we implemented a unique new construction and renovation project, which we call the Generation Project.

  • 450 kWp PV system + heat pump
  • 4,500m² logistics and production hall
  • New, modern-equipped greenhouses
  • New, modern technology and robots
  • New break room including a relaxation room
  • New, larger office building
  • Better working conditions for our team through ergonomic working heights, automated processes, a new air-conditioned break room, and an inviting/attractive break area, including a relaxation room for unwinding.
  • Increased efficiency through improved internal infrastructure and standardized workflows and processes.
  • Clear communication and transparency through a new organizational chart and systematic procedures.
  • Cultural security through new, modern-equipped greenhouses with innovative irrigation and climate control systems.
  • Independence from external energy suppliers through increased energy efficiency.
